Strengthening the competencies of the teaching staff of Starachowice schools, as well as local government employees, is assumed in the project implemented as part of the obtained Norwegian funds.
In the coming weeks, representatives of the Starachowice Commune will take part in a series of courses dedicated to employees of local government administration.
One of them, conducted by specialists from the Vocational Training Center in Kielce under the slogan "External communication - writing letters, creating information", was used by several dozen employees divided into several training groups. The classes were held in October at the seat of the Municipal Office in Starachowice.
The aim of the education was for the students to acquire knowledge of the principles of correct and comprehensible editing of official and formal letters, as well as to improve language and communication competences needed in professional life, i.e. the correctness, efficiency, effectiveness and aesthetics of using the Polish language.
The task is financed entirely under the project "Direction Future - Starachowice Local Development Programme", financed from the Norwegian Financial Mechanism for 2014-2021 (85%) and the state budget (15%).
