The workshops organized under the name "Starachowice Academy of Education Leaders - SALE" have ended. The project was implemented as part of the "Direction Future - Starachowice Local Development Programme" project, co-financed by the Norwegian Financial Mechanism for 2014-2021 (85%) and the state budget (15%) and was intended for principals and teachers at primary schools, supervisors of local governments students and young people.

SALE is a program for finding and developing talents among the teaching staff and investing in their personal development - developing teaching competencies, exchanging experiences, learning modern working methods, time management, motivating and engaging young people in social activities, creating their lesson plans, ICT. The program was developed in a participatory and expert model. For this purpose, a series of seminars were held.
