In September, the implementation of the first part of the project under the name: "Starachowice Academy of Education Leaders (SALE) - development and implementation of the "SALE" program began.
The task is carried out as part of the project "Direction Future: Starachowice Local Development Programme", financed by the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014-2021 (85%) and the state budget (15%).
SALE is a program for finding and developing talents among the teaching staff and investing in their personal development - developing teaching competencies, exchanging experiences, learning modern working methods, time management, motivating and engaging young people in social activities, creating their lesson plans, ICT. The program will be developed in a participatory and expert model.
For this purpose, a series of seminars was held to which principals and teachers at primary schools, guardians of student councils, and young people were invited.
The first of the series of five seminars, which took place at Primary School No. 12 in Starachowice on September 16, 2022, was attended by 32 students at primary schools in Starachowice.
On the same day, a second meeting was held with a group of 8 student government supervisors.
The next two meetings took place on September 17, 2022, also in Primary School No. 12 in Starachowice, with the participation of 47 teachers and 9 school principals.
