In October, a coaching course for Starachowice teachers began. Education aims is to expand social skills, and learn about the coaching process and its basic techniques and the possibilities of their use in education. The effect of education will be the development of coaching skills.

Classes for two months will be held at Primary School No. 6, and in the next period at the premises of Primary School No. 9.

The training plan includes, among others: coaching competencies, coaching techniques, and tools in educational work, the importance of emotional intelligence in educational coaching, discovering the potential and supporting students' development, as well as student-teacher-parent communication and building relationships in times of crisis.

Participants of the course, after its implementation, will gain knowledge related to the issue of coaching. They will be able to use selected coaching techniques in setting and achieving development goals. They will be able to use a modern tool to support development in the teacher-student relationship. They will gain skills in supporting the development of many spheres of life of both the student and their own. They will be able to link the conditions for achieving goals with the capabilities of the participants of the coaching relationship.
