On 26 and 27 September, the Autumn networking workshops for the 29 winning cities participating in the Local Development Program, their city teams, and advisors of the Association of Polish Cities, were held in Warsaw, which was devoted to better implementation of activities.
The autumn networking workshop was attended by over 120 people - representatives of city teams and advisors from the Association of Polish Cities working together on the implementation of investment projects by cities that received funding under the "Local Development" Programme.
Maciej Aulak, Director of the Department of Aid Programs at the Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy, welcomed the participants and said that the workshops were aimed at exchanging experiences in a less formal formula so that the implementation of projects would be better and easier. Tomasz Potkański, deputy director of the ZMP Office and manager of the predefined project, encouraged the gathered to dialogue with representatives of the Ministry and to raise their doubts. In his opinion, the workshops create an excellent platform for exchanging information not only with MFiPR, but also between municipal teams that can benefit from each other's experiences regarding the implementation of Local Development Programs and Institutional Development Programs.
