Further training sessions were conducted at the Starachowice City Hall as part of the project "Direction Future - Starachowice Local Development Programme", financed from the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014-2021 (85%) and the state budget (15%). This time it was about customer service.

The main objective of the training was to improve professional customer service skills. Improving these skills has a direct impact on customer loyalty and trust, which in turn increases efficiency.
As part of the training, the objectives were achieved through the development and training of skills in the following areas: focusing on customer retention activities and aimed at increasing the level of sales (in the future), customer profiling, which is aimed at better adapting employee behavior to customer expectations, and consequently increasing loyalty and profitability of activities, skillful conversation with the client so that he feels comfortable and at ease, also in difficult situations, and effective solving of client's problems.
