Green gardens will bloom at educational institutions in Starachowice. The conceptual designs of green gardens that will be created at five schools are already ready. Green spaces will be available not only for students but also, according to the project, for local communities.
Green architects have completed their work and projects of green gardens to be built at five educational institutions are now available for inspection in schools: Primary School No. 2 im. St. John Paul II, Primary School No. 6. Defenders of Westerplatte, Primary School No. 9. Partisans of the Kielce Land, Primary School No. 10. Gray Ranks and Primary School No. 13. Kornel Makuszyński.
Concepts for the development of green spaces at schools are interesting and surprising with the number of proposed solutions. We have here, among others: sensory paths, flower meadows, and phenological gardens in which the planted plants are divided into 4 seasons according to the time of flowering. Such a place could not miss boxes for growing plants, fruit trees, living gazebos, compost bins have been designed, there are also play sets, and sun loungers and benches will be used to rest. Currently, representatives of school communities can submit their comments on the presented projects.
