The 100-year-old "Pałacyk" in Starachowice is changing its appearance. On the square at Konstytucji 3 Maja Street, the outlines of a new wing and a connector, which are being built next to the existing building, are becoming more and more visible.

"Impact Hub", an incubator of social thought - the new face of the Palace. It will be a place where residents, youth, representatives of business and non-governmental organizations will be able to meet and organize exhibitions and other cyclical events.

The Commune of Starachowice secured approx. 12 million pln for this investment. Funding comes from two different programs. The main building will be financed by the program "Revitalization - Better life in Starachowice, a city that has found an idea for itself" (under the Regional Operational Program of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship 2014-2020).

The new wing, the connector, and the development of the surroundings will be implemented as part of the project "Direction Future - Starachowice Local Development Programme" financed from the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014-2021 (85%) and the state budget (15%).
First, as part of the investment, it was necessary to demolish two historically later annexes at the Palace. Currently, the building is extended with a new wing located on the north-eastern side, connected to the existing building via a connector.
