The project envisages strengthening the competences of local government employees and teaching staff in schools of Starachowice through participation in training, courses and postgraduate studies. The plans include, among others learning English and Ukrainian, specialist IT training, ICT systems, construction law, cooperation with NGOs, in the field of environmental protection, stress and burnout, educational law and organizational development of the school.
