The project envisages mapping out a new strategy for managing the city’s housing resources and supporting the development of the housing market in the city.

It will be possible thanks to the development of a housing management and elaboration strategy in Starachowice.

It was also planned to prepare design documentation for a model estate of 5- 6 multi-family residential buildings with accompanying infrastructure based on the concept developed during the workshop, as well as preparation of design documentation for 2 ecological multi-family buildings, which will be located in the city.
